The Other graph

I recently posted The Graph, but this one from Small Dead Animals may be even better. The light blue line is what Obama said would happen to employment if we did nothing (my preferred option). The dark blue line is what Obama said would happen if we spent a trillion dollars on his economic policies. The maroon dots are what we actually got for our trillion dollars. The question to me is whether this is a case of incompetence or a calculated deception designed to use the poor economy as a excuse to foist drastic liberal policy upon the American people.
