The emperor's sweater continues to unravel

On the heals of two prominent Democratic strategists calling for President Obama to announce that he won't run for a second term, comes this pronouncement from liberal columnist Paul Krugman:

[T]he main reason Mr. Obama finds himself in this situation is that two years ago he was not, in fact, prepared to deal with the world as he was going to find it. And it seems as if he still isn’t.
